Delete your Imosto account
You can delete your Imosto account and the personal data tied to it at any time. This page explains how, what is removed and what we may keep.
How to delete your account
In the mobile app:
- Sign in and open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account, then confirm.
On the website:
- Sign in at https://imosto.com and go to Dashboard → Account settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
By email: if you cannot sign in, write to privacy@imosto.com from the email address of your account and we will process the request.
What happens next
- Deletion is scheduled for 30 days after your request. During this time you can cancel it from the banner in your account on the website.
- After 30 days your profile, saved listings, saved searches, notification settings and push tokens are permanently deleted, and the listings you published are removed.
- Some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example billing records (10 years under Romanian accounting law). See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Ștergerea contului Imosto
Îți poți șterge oricând contul Imosto și datele personale asociate lui. Mai jos găsești pașii, ce se șterge și ce putem păstra.
Cum îți ștergi contul
În aplicația mobilă:
- Autentifică-te și deschide fila Profil.
- La secțiunea Cont apasă Șterge contul și confirmă.
Pe site:
- Autentifică-te pe https://imosto.com și mergi la Dashboard → Setările contului.
- Alege Șterge contul și confirmă.
Prin email: dacă nu te poți autentifica, scrie-ne la privacy@imosto.com de pe adresa de email a contului și îți procesăm cererea.
Ce se întâmplă după
- Ștergerea este programată la 30 de zile după cerere. În acest interval o poți anula din banner-ul din contul tău de pe site.
- După 30 de zile, profilul, anunțurile salvate, căutările salvate, setările de notificări și token-urile push sunt șterse definitiv, iar anunțurile publicate de tine sunt eliminate.
- Unele înregistrări pot fi păstrate acolo unde legea o cere, de exemplu documentele de facturare (10 ani, conform legislației contabile din România). Detalii în Politica de confidențialitate.
