After signing in, navigate to Listings in the sidebar and click "New listing". The 6-step wizard will guide you through property details, photos, location, and pricing. You can save a draft at any step and publish when you're ready.
Yes. Go to Settings → Team and click "Invite member". Enter their email address and they will receive an invitation link. Once accepted, they join your agency workspace with the Agent role by default. Admins can change roles at any time.
Imosto supports 20 major currencies. Prices are stored and normalised in EUR internally. Users can switch the display currency using the currency selector in the top navigation — exchange rates are synced weekly from the European Central Bank.
You can cancel or change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the current paid period. Refunds follow Romanian consumer protection legislation (O.G. 34/2014).
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We store data on infrastructure within the EU. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Yes. The listing wizard includes a dedicated step for floor plan images. You can also add a virtual tour URL (iframe embed) and video content. 3D floor-plan editing is on our roadmap.
When you delete your account, all listings and associated content are removed from the platform within 90 days. Billing records are retained for 10 years as required by Romanian accounting law (Legea 82/1991). You can export your data before deleting.
Imosto is a responsive web application and works on any modern mobile browser. A dedicated iOS and Android app is planned for a future release.
